WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Each piece is hand made to order specifically to your colour and size wants. Please allow 3 weeks for manufacturing and shipment. Shipping times vary based on your shipping address and ship speed.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Emelia’s Swimwear does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Emelia’s Swimwear, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Emelia’s Swimwear.
WHAT IS EMELIA’S SWIMWEAR MADE FROM?
Our Swimwear is made using Carvico Fabric – a sustainable techno-fabric made in Italy with Econyl®, a 100% regenerated polyamide yarn from post consumer fabrics. Composition:
78% recycled Polyestere
22% Elastane (Lycra® XTRA LIFE™)
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
While we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us within 5 days of receiving at email@example.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem within 48 hours.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders as soon as we receive them, and once our manufacture has processed your order we will be unable to make changes.
HOW DO I CHECK ON MY ORDER STATUS?
Check your email and your account with Emelia’s Swimwear. Both will update you when your order is confirmed and when it has shipped out.
MY PACKAGE IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name and Order Number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 3 business days to fully process your order and up to 3 weeks to receive your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Please note that all ground and non-contiguous shipments are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.
